Request that the Govt of India may in future be given telegraphic intimation of the occurrence or cessation of plague in Mauritius and Hongkong. Proposed substitution of a consolidation monthly statement of plague seizures and deaths for the weekly returns at present received from Mauritius and Hongkong.
