(i) Decision that the staff paid from contingencies should be paid at the rates admissible to the identical classes of employees of the Provincial Governments if those rates are lower than the Central Government rates, plus the dearness allowance at the prevailing Central Government rates. (ii) Decision that winter allowance and equipment allowance paid to the contingent staff of the Government of India Press, Simla should continue to be admissible to them
