Rates of Messing, Laundry and Uniform Allowances admissible to Nursing Staff. Decision that Laundry allowance to nursing staff be paid during short periods of leave irrespective of its nature but not exceeding one months. Decision that Messing allowance to Nursing staff be allowed during the period of earned leave on average pay not exceeding four months at a time and also during the period of sick leave on half average pay if such staff are in the Nurses Home or in a hospital but not exceeding four months at a time. Decision that so far as uniform allowances are concerned, if the period of absence exceeds 4 months at a time, a proportionate reducing should be made in the annual allowance admissible to such Nursing Staff
