In cases where the employee have been served with notice under rule 2046(K) R.II or who desire toretire voluntarily under rule 2046(d) R.II and who elect pension rules before the expiry of the notice period but do not complete 30 Years qualifying service. the proper course of action would be to immediately revoke the notice retirement whether given by the Administration or by the employs and to proceed in accordance with the provisions under the relevant rules.
