Amendment to Rule 2046-R-II for provision regarding termination of service of Railway servants on extension by giving suitable notice. Decision: on: Rule 2046 (C)-R-II amended vide Advance Correction Slip No. 398-R-II circulated vide letter dated 25-2-84 whereby the services of such permanent/temporary employees on extension can be terminated before expiry of such extension by giving a notice of 3 months/one month or pay in allowances in lieu of such notice
