Central Railway: Judgement delivered by the Authority under the P.W. Act, Bombay, in the case of Gangmen of Pandu Goma and others vs. Divl. Engineer, Parel re. the House Rent Allowance. Decision: The House Rent Allowance comes within the definition of wages under the P.W. Act and not within the excepted expression the value of any house accommodation under sub-section VI(a) of Section 2 of the Act.
