The Home Affairs Ministry. The Railway Board determined that individuals who are posted outside the societies headquarters and who are managing committee members, office bearers and delegates of cooperative societies (which are exclusively made up of railway employees) may be granted special casual leave for a maximum of ten days in a calendar year, in addition to the minimum amount of time needed for the travels necessary to attend such meetings
