The Railway Board decided that members delegates of members, managing Committee members and Office-bearers of cooperative societies(Formed exclusively with Railway employees) who are posted outside the headquarters of the societies, may granted special casual leave upto a maximum period of ten days in a calendar year plus the minimum period required for the journeys to attend such meetings
