Information about bonus payment: Workers who retire or are terminated in the middle of the year are entitled to a prorated bonus for the time they were employed; this time would otherwise count as bonus service. (2) Workers who are entitled to all advantages and privileges as though they were still employed are also eligible to receive PLB; and (iii) Northern Railway-In accordance with the SCs order dated 3-5-82, former employees are eligible to receive PLB for the year 1981-1982, just like any other railway workers
