Clarification regarding payment of Bonus- Employees retiring/ removed from services in the middle of the Year is eligible for pro rate bonus for the period he was is service provided such period would otherwise qualify as service for bonus (2) Employees titled to all perquisites and benefits as if they were in service, will also be entitled for the payment of PLB; and (iii) Northern Rly- As per SC's order dated 3-5-82 the ex-employees would be entitled for the payment of PLB like all other railway employees for the year 1981-82
