Efficiency Bar for Ty. Asstt. Officers Decided to cancel the orders contained in para II and III of Board's letter No. E/GRP/57RC15-6 dated 10-10-57. Further clarified that ty. Asstt. Officers who have been given notice of 3months to appear for E.B.Test are now required to appear for E.B. at the appropriate time when they reach the E.B. stage in the Asstt. Officers grade in the normal course. Those who were reverted from Sr. Scale post to Asstt. Officers post due to failure to pass the test need not be debarred from re promotion
