Grant of Advance increments to Gazetted Officers-Extension of currency of sanction for a further period of 3 years with effect from 1.4.66. Sanction accorded Subject to following conditions. (i) The existing officers on the Railway who have been enjoying three advance increments will have the same absorbed in future increments so that by 1.4.70 no element of advance increments is left in their pay. (ii) The new officers who will be posted to N.F. Railway from 1.4.67 onward will be given only such advance increments as can be absorbed in their normal future increments by 31.3.70. (iii) The eligibility for drawing the advance increments will cease on transfer from N.F. Railway as before
