States that her late husband received from his father, Azim Alee Khan, Rupees 45, 600 his portion of the three lakhs and twenty thousand in Company's paper divided by Azim Alee Khan among his seven sons; that Azim Alee Khan and Umjeed Alee Khan were both tried for rebellion and hanged during the mutiny, and all the money and personal property belonging to the family were confiscated by Government; that the heirs and representatives of the six brother, in April 1862 had their several shares of the confiscated money restored to them; and petitioner, therefore, begs that the value of the said Company's paper which belonged to her late husband may be paid to her
