The petitioner claims that her late husband received Rupees 45, 600 from his father, Azim Alee Khan, as his share of the three lakhs and twenty thousand rupees in company's paper that Azim Alee Khan divided among his seven sons; that during the mutiny, Azim Alee Khan and Umjeed Alee Khan were both tried for rebellion and hanged; that the government confiscated all of the family's money and personal property; that the heirs and representatives of the six brothers had their respective shares of the confiscated money restored to them in April 1862; and as a result, the petitioner requests that the value of the said Company's paper
