Referring to No. 481, dated February 25th, the petitioner, Mussamut Moosahib Begum, purportedly the widow of Umjeed Alee Khan, son of Azim Alee Khan, Darogah, who was hanged for rebellion and had his property seized, is pleading for the return of the Government promissory notes that belonged to her husband. Given the circumstances, the petitioner states that the Chief Commissioners believe there is no justification for entertaining the memorialist's prayer
