Decision that the six jagir villages which were released to Mirza Elahi Bukhsh by the order of 1862 shall remain with him his heirs and assigns from generation to generation that the pension of Rs 5000/- which was assigned to the Mirza in 1860 inheir of an assignment on certain villages shall be recognised in to whole amount as a perfictual grant
