The six Jagir villages that Mirza Elahi Bukhsh was granted by the order of 1862 will remain with him and his heirs. He also decides that the pension of Rs. 5, 000/-that was given to the Mirza in 1860 as the heir of an assignment on specific villages will be recognised in full as a hypothetical grant from generation to generation
