Rule 4 of Fundamental and Subsidiary Rules' Annexure VI. Choosing to send registered mail, rather than regular mail, for the destination, horder, and junction stations' bills. A necessary revision was made to paragraph 4 of Annexure VI to the Fundamental and Supplementary Rules for Interchanging Traffic between India and Pakistan
