F & S Rules: Modification. (I) Fundamental & Subsidiary Rules for the Interchange of Traffic between India and Pakistan Amendments to the following rules: (i) Rule (9) in Section II and Rule (7) in Section III of Annexure II, which calculate the fines for holding N.P. Stock. (ii) Exchange of lists of N.P. stock along with the commodities to be loaded in each kind, according to rule (5) in section III of annexure-II. -Proposal to load particular goods in particular waggons was dropped. II. Adjustment due to fines for misusing, returning, etc. N.P. waggons. 3. Requirements for the Rlys to tranship the contents of Pakistan Rlys N.P. waggons at border stations and at interchange locations, etc.
