Orders directing that the sum of Rs. 7,000 a month (payable yearly) may be accepted from the Dir. General of Observatories on account of the cost of all telegrams despatched by the Meterological Deptt from Govt. telegraph offices and that this arrangements will be subject to revision after five years.
