Claims-Contractors-Payments against unpaid amounts lying with Pakistan Railways. Rly, Pakistan should not be held up for acceptance of the amount to be paid to the contractors and debitable against the N.W. Rly., Pakistan after payment of the amount, the acceptance of N.W. Rly. Pakistan should be obtained through a monthly statement of payments to be forwarded to the N.W. Rly., for acceptance and return before the debit is included in the monetary accounts
