(1) Claim in connection with settlement dues of late Shri Roshan Lal, Yard Foreman, N.W. Railway, Karachi City, who had opted provisionally for Pakistan and was killed in Pakistan on 8.9.47. Payment of Rs.10039/31 on account of SRPF including interest upto 14.8.1947 and (ii) Rs.1492/8-on account of S.C.to P.F. was made to the widow by the Northern Rly. vide G.M., Northern Rly's letter No. 29TRE/586 dated 24-1-1962. (2) The General Manager, Northern Railway was advised vide letter No. 55-PTN-152/6 dated 23-9-1957 that the payment of P.F. dues of Provisional Pakistan Optees Killed in Pakistan should be loaded under a new minor head- Payment to Provisional Pakistan Optees killed in Pakistan of their President Fund dues including special contribution to Provident Fund or gratuity to be opened under the Major Head '15-D Misc. Railway Expenditure''
