Amendment of the post office cash certificates Act, 1917 (XVIII of 1917), So as (i) to delegate, to the officer in charge of a Post Office sub-office power of sanctioning the transfer of a cash certificates from one person to another and (ii) to raise the limit from Rs. 3,000 to Rs. 5,000 up to the event of the Death of the Holder to the person entitled to them without the intervention of a court.
