Amendment of the Punjab Opium Rules so as (a) to give effect to the abolition of the opium warehouse at Kotkhai, and (b) to authorize the Excise Inspectors or Sub-Inspectors appointed at Kotgarh to grant passes for the import, transport and export of opium under the rules.
