Directing the Political Agent to intimate to H. H. the Raja of Pudukkottai that the explanation regarding the expenditure on troop horses is matter full nor clear and that unless H. H. satisfies Government that the expenditure was incurred for a Public service H. H. will be expected to adjust the amount by a refund from his personal allowance.
