Decision that the interpretation of the words ``British Indian or of its dependencies or of its States in alliance with it`` in the form of bond prescribed for Civil sub-Assistant surgeons should be taken as equivalent to the term`` India`` as defined in Section 3 (27) of the General Clauses act, 1897 (X of 1897).
