Attention of the local Government to and Heads of Departments invited to the provisions of financial resolution of 31st July 1873, with a request that it may be stated in all future applications for sanction of expenditure whether provision for the charge exists in the Budget of the year, and if not , whether the charges can be met out of saving in the existing grants.
