Attention of the Local Govts. and Heads of Deptts. invited to the provisions of Financial Resolution of 31st July 1873 with a request that it may be stated in all future applications for sanction of expenditure whether provision for the Charge exists in the Budget of the year, and if not, whether the Charge can be met out of Savings in the existing grants.
