Agreeable to orders no. 3500 S. of 24th next, forwards the Deva Nagri translations of letters from the Bootan Darbar & the Dalincote Soubah to Cheeboo Lama relative to the existing state of affairs between the British Govt. & that of Bootan from which it will be seen that it is extremely difficult to make sense of them adds that he made the translation into English as literal as possible.
