Intimating that in the Lieutnant-Governor`s opinion it is not desirable to sell the arms belonging to the Bhootea refugees now residing in Darjeeling, but that they should be, for the present, retained by the Deputy Commissioner. Further that, should the state of Bhootan enable the refugees to return to their county in a few months, the arms can be returned to them.
