Sanction accorded to certain advances made on account of pay and traveling allowances to one Fakir Muhammad, appointed at Gilgit to the menial staff of the office of the Special Assistant at Kashgar. Decision that persons, other than Government servants, hereafter appointed in Kashmir State territory to the menial staff of the office of the Special Assistant at Kashgar, may be allowed to draw traveling allowance and half pay during joining time
