Amendment of rule 61of the Indian Aircraft Rules 1920 to provide that in case an aircraft on an international flight is forced to land at a place in Indian other than a customs aerodrome goods may be unloaded and passengers and Crew may leave the place with the Consent of the Aerodrome officer or a Customs Collector or a Police officer.
