Decision that each of the occupants of certain residences constructed at Bankipur for secretaries to the Government of Bihar and Orissa, and heads of departments shall be held liable for his due share of the assessed annual rent and that his total ability for house-rent including the assessed rent of the Government quarters allotted to him at Ranchi, shall be subject to 10per cent, of his salary.
