Decision that, for purposes of the assessment of income-tax, the assessable value of a rent -free house or quarters must be taken to be the bona-fide actual value of the house or quarters and that assessment on 10 per cent. of the salary of the occupier or on the amount of house-rent received from Government by the occupier cannot be admitted.
