With refer to a para 11 of his dispatches No.140 of 39th march 1861 forwards copy of a report by the examiming ptysician under which assistant surg rehist has been permitted to return to his duty and request to be furnished with a special report on the conduct of that officers at the expiration of 12 months from the date of his return to delay.
