Transfer of the audit of the account of the Calcutta port trust from the Accountant General Bengal to the director of commercial Audit, the Government of India were informed that the local Government, in consultation with the port commissioners, agreed that the audit of the port trust accounts by the Director of commercial audit should begin on the 1st April 1929.
