In reply to ltr. no. 7 and 23 of 1860, relating to the provision of passage to England for certain invllid seamen who had become disable for further service while employed in the Bengal Naval Brigader, remarks on the high rate at which passage was provided on one of the two ocassion refered to in the papers.
