Regarding the neglect on the part of Drs. F.W.A. defabeck and J.A. Morice to repay to subsribeers the amount paid by them to secure Govt. againt the contingency of Dr. McDermott's claiming his annuity in the Bengla medical retiring fund before it would be properly due to him.
