Consideration of the Question whether the ex. employees whose services we re terminated in terms of/Rule 148(3)149(3)-R.I. and who are eligible for reinstatement according to extent orders, should be reinstated without insisting on them to deposit the P.F. dues already received by them and if so how their future P.F. amount and S.C. to P.F. should be calculated. That reinstatement of ex.railway servants who are unable to repay the provident fund money, should not be delayed on that account but they should be warned that in case they fail to refund the provident fund money, their service prior to reinstatement will not count for retirement benefits on their attaining the age of super annotation of when they quit service. If any of the ex.Railway servants are unable to repay the provident Fund money in lumpsum, this may be done, in cash, in easy installment, as may be fixed by the competent authority
