Intimating that in a Military letter to the Govt. of India no. 19th date 6th Ulto, the Honble the Court have authorized the name of Ensign F.A Wodehouse, to be removed from the Army List, should Govt. on receipt of their letter he still without any satisfactory Communication from that Officer.
