Requests that for regts stationed in Ireland the Regtt monthly Estimae may be punctually transmitted to the war office as to arrice on or before the 3rd of the month and for Regt. stationed in Great britain on or before the 8th of the month proceedings that for which the Estimate shall be prepared and points out the necessity of every Draft ont he public Service being duly Estimated for whenver practicable an Entewal of 3 days at least should intenvne between the date on which the Estimate is sent to the war office .
