Complaint by the Afghan Government regarding the raiding of a caravan of Nurais, residents of Kadni, by Sultan Ali and Dad Muhammad, residents of Bash Robat, British subjects (together with certain Afghan subjects), taking away of Rs. 3,425 Afghani, and wounding four members of the caravan and nine donkeys.
