View of the Comptroller, India Treasuries, that the confirmation of Lieutenant-Colonel W.M.Douglas in the appointment of Superintendent, Port Blair, should have effect from the 16th May 1913, instead of from the 17th May 1913, and the decision of the Government of India to leave the notification confirming him from 17th May 1913, unchanged.
