From Chief Secretary - With reference to letter hence dated 24th Ultimo, States that the delay in the trasmission of the administratore Report of that Presidency for1857/58 is viewing to the non receipt of the Reports due from the several Secretaries of Government and that they have been required to expedite the saine, explaincy cause of delay.
