From Chief Secretary - Forwards copy of a Minute recorded by the Honble the President in regard to simplifying the mode of correspondence between the Home & Indian Government with a view of saving of time, labour and espense attendent on the system at present pursered, together with copy of a memo by Secretaries Pycroft & Bourdillon & of the orders passed by Government upon it.
