From Dildar Ally Khan Alias Jhanree Khan - States that the Darogah of Daooderogore thro malice made a report to the Magistrate as to his aiding and abitting the Mutineers while passing the District - The Charge not being provid he was acquitled & since then the Collector of Behar has unjustly stopped the Payment of his pension - That he petitioned the Commissioner of the Division & the Local Government but without avial, under the circumstances as detailed in the petition & its accompaniments pray that # orders will be passed in his case.
