From Acting Chief Secretary - Acknowledges letter hence No. 1398 dated the 15th Ultimo and states that the omissions to notice the correspondence referred to in para 2 & 5 of letter was entirely unintentional and was # to that correspondence not having been placed before His LordShip in Council.
