Regarding the number of Carcoons for Deputy Registrars; and st ates that the Government of Bombay; before submitting its scheme of permanent Establishments for the Registration Department, shoule be requested specially to investigate this point, and to consider whether the work done in a District Registrar`s Office is so heavy as to require two or three Carcoons.
