E.I. Railway Press. Consideration of the recommendations of the G.M., E.I. Railway regarding hours of work, leave Rules, paid holidays and scales of pay of staff of. 2. G.M., E.I. Railway advised that:-(i) The scales of pay recommended by him for the staff of E.I. Rly. Press are accepted. (ii) The question of applying subordinate leave rules to certain skilled daily-rated staff was under investigation and until a decision was reached on the point, the Board were not prepared to make an exception in regard to the E.I. Rly. Press. (iii) The number of paid holidays for the E.I. Railway Press workshop staff were already increased by two and that no further increases was considered necessary. 3. Steps taken clear off the arrears in the E.I. Railway Press
