From - Forwards extract from Courts Despatch No. 30 of 1857 dated 17th April stating that they must dealine to cancel the New Rule that Civil servants will be ineligible to a Furlough on private offacrs until they shall have served six years from their last return to duty from sick leave beyond sea but that they will not require it to he applied retrsepectively.
